General Instructions

• www.MadrasSpices.in will try to deliver the products as per the specifications given on the order form by the user, it fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
• www.MadrasSpices.in will deliver the Product ordered through us in perfect condition.
• We will start to process the order right away once you place the order successfully with us.
  
• We always try to make a confirmation about the order over phone before delivery. If there is any change of mind or cancelling the order during the delivery time will not be accepted.
• Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But www.MadrasSpices.in shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.
• All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice by www.MadrasSpices.in.
• Products on offer may not be combined with other offers/discounts.
• Gift vouchers cannot be encashed.
• www.MadrasSpices.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or Out of Stock status. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. The money can be collected at the time of delivery or the same shall be credited to your www.MadrasSpices.in credit and this can be used on your future purchases in www.MadrasSpices.in.
• Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
• The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and www.MadrasSpices.in disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent.
• Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and www.MadrasSpices.in shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
• The Courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Ordering

• Minimum ordering amount is Rs.1500.
  
• All India PIN CODES Serviceable via Private Couriers will be served. Orders from Pin Codes not serviceable via any courier service will be cancelled and 10% CANCELLATION CHARGE will be deducted.
• Refund will be made as Store Credits or transfer to source account in case of non serviceable area.
• Provide Correct and complete address, phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
  

• Our handling time to process your order will be 2 to 3 Days from the order date. Situations like Out of Stock, Vehicle not available etc .. will take a day or 2. We are working hard to make the deliveries as quick as possible.
• If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional shipping cost to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.
• Any issues arising because of Courier/Logistic Partner is not in www.MadrasSpices.in control. We will try to resolve the issues/problem that are under our control only. But we do not guarantee resolution for any extreme situation.
  
  
• Door Delivery option - charges and minimum order amount
         1.  Minimum order should be above Rs.1500.
         2.  Standard delivery charges are applicable.
         3.  Standard delivery charge is calculated as per weight of the order and distance of delivery location from Chennai(Koyambedu)
  
• Pay While Pickup option
         1.  In Pay While Pickup option, the parcel will be dropped to the nearest Courier/Parcel Service Office in Chennai.
         2.  Minimum amount of Rs.50-200 based on weight will be charged to ship the product to respective Courier/Parcel Office in Chennai.
         3.  Actual Shipping cost will be paid by customer when collecting the order from respective Courier/Parcel Office.
         4.  The parcel will be shipped to Delivery branch of the Transporter - as mentioned by Customer in Order's Customer Comment section. (OR)
              The parcel will be shipped to Customer's nearest Transporter/Parcel Service Branch based on pin code provided in the order.
         5.  Parcel LR/Reference number will be updated in the order. This will be asked in the respective Courier/Parcel Service Office.
         6.  Choose Delivery Branch of the respective transporter from below link and paste the same in Customer Comments/Add as delivery address.

Payments Options

• Available Payment options
  - UPI Payments(QR Scan, UPI ID,Gpay, PhonePe, etc...)

  - Internet Banking
  - Bank Transfer to Pachaa Traders (Send email for Manual Verification)
  

• Online Payment Service Providers is a different entity named Instamojo. Any technical payment related issues and queries should be raised to instamojo.com using an instamojo payment reference no. The same will not be handled by www.MadrasSpices.in .
• Cash on Delivery is NOT AVAILABLE

Returns

• If order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable quality issue.
• Returns will be accepted on basis of product quality issues and for no other reason. In case of quality issues, product value will be credited back to MadrasSpices.in User account as Store Credit or to User bank/card account used during the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy

    Please note that cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with us using the phone numbers provided in contact us page and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. MadrasSpices.in has complete right to decide whether an order has to be processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by MadrasSpices.in and accept MadrasSpices.in decision regarding the cancellation.

Out of Stock

    In case product is out of stock, product value will be credited back to MadrasSpices.in User account as Store Credit or to User bank/card account used during the time of     payment.
